At All Heart Health Care Ministry, Inc., we provide a wide range of home health care services to people all throughout the Middle Tennessee and soon to be East Tennessee. Our staff goes above and beyond to provide every Person Supported the best quality care possible, and we are committed to providing all the resources they need to ensure they live their best lives.
We are passionate about our professional and personalized care, and we will dutifully work to exceed your expectations. We also provide fun activities, such as proms, themed parties, holidays dinners, and many more. We do so to ensure that our clients and staff get to socialize.
OUR STORY
All Heart Health Care Ministry was created on March 15, 2015 by Chanthanome and Keo Thepmanivong.
After a tough start, we received our first Person Supported KU101 on October 17, 2016. Four short months later we opened our first Supported Living Individual RB201 on February 15, 2017. Eleven moths later we opened our first Family Model Home on January 27, 2018. God has blessed us and continues to bless us with many amazing people to serve. From the spring of 2019 until the present, the blessings continue.
When Chanthanome and Keo stepped down in the beginning of 2021 and their children took the lead, we were approved for ECF (employment community first), which will be an upcoming branch of All Heart Health Care Ministry to widen our services.
OUR MISSION
We are a healthcare provider that serves the intellectually, physically, and developmentally disabled populations to best support them in their local communities. We compassionately serve and empower our Persons’ Supported to live a humane, enriched, and vibrant life through our individualized care while also standing as advocates in the community through acceptance, integration, and unity.
